- Receive and promptly, accurately handle customer feedback and complaints
- Ensure customer service quality meets professional and efficient standards
- Provide complete product/service information and post-sale support
- Monitor and update the progress of complaint resolutions, ensuring timely responses
- Escalate complex or urgent cases to Team Leader/Management when necessary
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
1. College/University graduate in any major
2. Good command of English in all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to work entirely in English
3. Proficient in MS Office (MOS)
4. Experience in customer service is preferred
5. Willing to work flexible shifts
- Full-time: Monthly salary from 10–12 million VND, 100% salary during 2-month probation, 13th-month salary
- Part-time: 43,000 VND/hour (up to 52,000 VND/hour if KPIs are met)
